Samsung Galaxy S3 is great phone but not convenient to handle with one hand (no I'm not texting while driving), lot of times I need to make calls or text etc while I'm in train.

Is there any Android phone that's as good as S3 but not so big?

The mini is clearly not as good. It's just old hardware in a new case with a label slapped on it which gives the (false) impression that it's going to offer the performance of the S3.

Razr M is good but looks wise no match to Samsung Galaxy S3, but yes I might go with M if I can't find a better one.

i don't get it who texts with one hand? and you are in a train anyway why can't u use both hands? are u the type that has sandwich on the other hand while on a train? i carry my samsung s2 with one hand no problem. if u dont like putting your big phone on your ear buy a hands free set. you also can talk to your phone to text. it will type and text for u.

Swype doesn't work with two hands. Although, the s3 doesn't have swype by default, it can be installed.
