I looking to upgrade my phone in December. I am 60% decided on the Samsung Galaxy Note. Considering the size and functionability of the Note, I think there may not be much of a point in keeping my Ipad 2 around. If I sell the Ipad on the market in DC I can probably make enough to pay for the note and have a little left over while the Ipad is still hot.

My only question is how much will I miss my Ipad if I decide to replace it with a Note? I usually just browse photos and internet on my Ipad when I'm too lazy to get the laptop.

You'll miss having a revolutionary type of device that breaks the space time continuum and helped create a major paradigm shift.

All kidding aside, most of all, you will the miss opportunity of selling the device at peak when you could have.

Have fun with the Samsung.

From videos I've seen, the Note II is a little more capable than the iPad. Ever seen the pop-out video player?

No I have not. I really wish there was a place in the greater DC area where I could actually test one out for myself. Been to Sprint stores and Best Buy and all they have is the plastic replica.

Here's a video of it.
Super Video, Floating & Popup

ATT stores near me usually have the real devices on display so maybe try there.
