Yes I probably would. It seems marginally more convenient then a text message but more convenient none the less. I would use it, I don't know how much I would pay for it.
Absolutely no, not for business anyway. Not their business where I am and why. I will notify them myself not through some phone app. Seems to be more professional anyway.

At first glance I have the opinion, why wouldn't i just pick up a phone or send a text. But seems to be fairly popular and just trying to see if I am missing something.
