It's $150 on Amazon wireless for existing Verizon customers. $70 for new customers.

I just got a Galaxy S3 at Costco today...$149.00. Comes with an accessory pack. I am pretty happy. Just got an Otter box on Amazon for $15.

Okay....one problem...how do I answer calls? I need BUTTONS!!!!!!

Working on it....

Okay, it is time for a "Jitterbug"....you know you are too old for the technology when you can't even figure out the dang thing.

I've had my S3 since October when it was on sale for 100 bucks. My family went with me to get new phones since they needed new ones too. I was the only one in my family that stayed with Android.

Don't forget, the drawback to an iPhone is that when the battery stops holding a charge, u basically have a piece of trash on your hands. Can't sell on EBay or pass on to one of the kids. I still have Motorola flip phones from 6 years ago that hold a charge and kids use to take pics or use as alarm or stop watch. However, motherinlaw had an iPhone 3 that just stopped taking a charge. She was forced to upgrade to a 5, which she didn't need or want, and has since downgraded to a 4 bcuz of fear of data overage problem on AT&T with IOS6. As a matter of fact, many people on blogs have complained that they are bringing back iPhone 5 and going Android bcuz of data overage issue on AT&T network. Known bug that carrier and Apple keep passing blame on with customer stuck with overage bill for a phone that racks up data while u sleep!!

Amazing. Ive heard of this happening once. Make a service appt at the Apple store and they will replace it. Easy.
In general you will have more issues with an Android based phone because of the open platform than an Apple phone. If you are a techie and want to work on your phone then android may work. If you are a basic user then iphone is best.
