A friend who has a Note 4 was asking me if I could figure out why one person's text do not "ring" or vibrate when he gets them, but when anyone else does, notifications work perfectly. I can't find any setting for that. Any idea how to fix it?

Possibly the contact listing for this person has a custom ringtone (silent or none) set.
