I can't buy one online unless I buy a phone to go with it, but I'm trying to get the Nexus 4 from google so I don't pay Tmobiles ridiculous price.

Walmart only has the full size Sim and I don't wanna bother cutting it to size.

Can I just go to a store and pay em 10 bucks for an activation kit?

Have you checked eBay? Why not just take the phone to a T-Mobile store to get one ?

Never heard it called an activation kit before, first time for everything

Any T-Mobile store should sell you a uSIM card. Some might cost ~$25. I am confused though, so you already have an account? In that case, it should be really easy. If they give you crap about it, its really none of their business, if you are requesting a uSIM for a phone that your 'sister' gave you

Otherwise, go to the mall or look up in your area if there is a 3rd party cell store that flashes and unlocks phones. Those dudes always have the grey market stuff including SIM cutters.
