Hi I want to buy a used smart phone that will work on TMobiles system. I mainly want to use it to surf the net and check email on my home Wifi and I currently have their pre paid service.

So basically I am looking for a phone that would serve as a mini tablet and a phone in one with a decent camera. All this for cheap . Looking maybe to spend no more than $75 at most.

I currently have a Samsung i637 unlocked and use it with my Tmobile service, but it has a small screen and since it was originally meant to be used with AT&T it gets squirrelly.

Lastly, if it allows me to make calls using my Google line via Wifi that would be awesome.

I don't think you will find any phone/device that does everything you want at that price, at least not new. You might find something on ebay or Craigslist, but buyer beware.

^^ This. Definitely a used phone from craigslist will work or eBay. The advantage of craigslist is that you can pop actually see the phone and pop your SIM card into to make sure it works etc.

I recommend you look at this link and go back a few pages or look at the discontinued tab to look at the T-Mo phones. If you get a decent phone from a year or a little more ago (read the reviews), it should be in that $75 price range used and give you what you are are looking for.
Just pop the model into craigslist or ebay and see what the prices are.

Good luck!
