They said the same thing about Apple products and Hyundai cars about ten years ago.

Doubtful. What does it offer me that iOS, Android, or even Windows Phone doesn't?

I loved my Blackberry back in the day, but they fell behind and took way too long to release anything even halfway palatable.

No way.
Boss is getting one as soon as the Q10 arrives. Hope he isn't disappointed.

I HATED my old BB. I had a curve that I stopped using in december. There aren't many apps for it. I have an iphone and it's so much better. More apps, I can surf the web better, everyting is much faster. I wish I switched sooner.

The new BB looks better but I would never get another one from that experience.

I may get one. I've had nothing but good experiences with Blackberry. I am waiting for my current contract to run out before deciding on the Q10.

I adored my BlackBerry. Adored it.

But Android (and iPhone) leapfrogged over BlackBerry technology-wise and I've had an Android phone for 2 1/2 years now and am happy with it.
At this point BlackBerry will really need to work hard to convince me that it's a better product.

Samsung Galaxy Note user here, and I have to say I do miss my Blackberry.

The Galaxy is s-l-o-w and glitchy, especially the Facebook app. It keeps doing a "force close" and "not responding". Calls are fine; anything else is too time consuming and all the waiting for a response just runs the battery down.

Taking it to the AT&T store was a total waste of time. If I wasn't there to BUY something, they weren't interested. So now I just wait for the contract to run out so I can get a new Blackberry and a different carrier.
