So, I have a Galaxy S2 and have the Lookout app installed. I have never had a problem until today. The problem is the app is hanging and I am getting an error that it is not responding and then it turns off. This can be problematic when apps are loading as it usually starts first. I am trying to uninstall it but when I go to this app all of the buttons are greyed out - Uninstall, Force Stop, Clear Data, Move to data card, etc. I tried uninstalling from the Google play store but it says this app is a device administrator and must be deactivated before uninstalling. There actually is a deactivate button on this screen but it gives me this same device admin error. I have tried turning off the phone, taking the battery out, etc. I even called my carrier but they are of no help. Any suggestions you might help are appreciated.
