I use a Samsung smartphone. My 13 year old daughter has an iPhone 5.
I want to be able to track the location of that phone from my work or home computer or my Samsung.
How can I do this?
Do I have to install an app on her phone, OR is there simply a setting on it? I would prefer a simple setting and prefer she not have to be proactive, just set it and forget it.
Also, side question, both my wife and I have samsung smartphones. We would like to be able to track each other for fun and convenience. Similar to above, is there a setting or easy/free app for this? Like if she is driving the kids home from a long trip, I would like to be able to track them on the internet.
Google Maps + Latitude. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/goog...306586497?mt=8
Install that on the iPhone. On your Android phones, just sign into Latitude inside the Google Maps app.
Then you can see where the phones are on Google Maps. On PC's or from phones.
If you don't tell daughter that you signed her up for that service, she won't know.

BEYOND Simple on Android. Just a few extra steps on the iPhone.
Wife and I used it while she was pregnant. And helped me find my phone once when I left it at the corner store...
Let me know if you need any help.
