I seem to recall seeing some recent decisions regarding BYOD... but I cannot find them now. Can someone provide links to the most salient legal determinations? Thanks!

I'm looking more so for the risks to the owner of the BYOD device, i.e., the legal underpinnings that employers may or may not have with regard to insisting on gaining access to the personal device for investigation purposes, and/or the risk that a personal device might be discover-able in legal proceedings against the employer.
