Anyone here has the same problem as me. I'm having iPhone4S and
now since updated to IOS7, the battery dies quickly with using it only
a few hours. I'm struggling with this and want to get some extra juice
with a battery charger. Any ideas?

Since this is the travel forum, I'm going to suggest that you take a trip and see if it improves.

And this might actually work- the power consumption is related to how far you are from cell towers when you make calls.

Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?

If it is an older phone, your battery may need to be replaced. Also, are you actually closing your apps when finished, or just going back to the home screen, leaving the apps running?

This is why I use the samsung galaxy. Can switch out batteries midday. Am always on my phone surfing the net (am using it right now actually) so I would be screwed if I had an iphone, would have a dead battery every night.

Yes, I forgot to put the context in it. I'm having a short trip shortly and I'm scared my phone goes dead on the half way and it's gonna kill me.

Yes, I did. It's the hard drive that cannot fit with so much update. Really need some extra juice.

Thank you for your idea. I did have thought of getting a samsung, but android system is just not my type. Think the best way is to get some extra power.

There is a cell phone and smart phone forum here. This is in no way, shape, or form a travel subject.
