HELP.......accidentally deleted a voicemail.......can I retrieve it?

No.

The voicemail isn't stored on the phone, it's stored on the carriers servers. If the carrier can't get it for you, then you can't get it.

Maybe.
If you shut down your phone IMMEDIATELY after deleting the vm.
If yes, then search the InnerTubes® for "forensic phone recovery".
Be prepared to spend the money.

That is absolutely not true.

Voice mail is only stored in the phone on iPhones using Visual Voice Mail. All other Voice Mail is stored on the carrier's system and not accessible by consumers after it is deleted.

Set your voicemail carrier as google voice and it'll email you a copy of it every time you get one.

Youmail does the same thing and it is free for the basic version.
