Download iTunes and sync your device to your PC. Your PC might also recognize the camera roll as a device in My Computer........but honestly I don't remember. It's been a while since I've screwed with one. If it does, double click it, open the folder with your pictures in it, CTRL+A to select all, CTRL+C to copy selection, then go to the folder you want to put them into on your PC and CTRL+V to paste them there.

Drop Box works better.
Create a drop box account. Download the iPhone ap. Set up your camera roll to automatically load to drop box

I also use Dropbox (on my Android phone). I have it set to transfer the photos to dropbox as soon as I get to a wifi connection. I also have the photos sent to my Google Picasa account and my Flickr account. The Flickr acct has 1tb of space so I don't worry about filling it up.

Default How to Transfer Photos from iPhone to Computer

-Open the Photos on iPhone.
-Tap Albums, Shared, and Photos at the bottom of the interface to browse through your various photos.
-Tap the "Select" button.
-Tap each photo you want to transfer.
-Tap Mail. Then address the new e-mail to yourself and tap Send. You can now access the e-mail on your computer to save the attached photos.
If you think that the above method is complicated, you can try another easier way - FonePaw iOS Transfer.

please download iTunes for your Pc.
once it's done, go to the downloads and click the downloaded file.
please install the installation file.
after that just connect your iphone to your pc through the cable.
automatically you get one POP up message from your PC.
After that you can able to find the sync option.
that's it. It's very easy.

There are so many ways you can do this. Using Windows Explorer or Windows Live Photo Gallery are two ways I like most.

Using Windows Explore:
Step 1: Plug iPhone into computer
Step 2: Open "My Computer" and find your devices (the portable device)
Step 3: Double click your iPhone name to open it, and then you'll see your iPhone photo albums on your computer. Select the pictures you want to copy and paste them to the desired location of your computer.

Here are other four ways to transfer photos from iPhone to pc.
