For those who have to purchase their cell phone batteries online because the stores no longer carry it, which online retailer do you purchase from that has good prices & the authentic product?

I went to the authentic site of the battery maker brand & the battery reviews weren't good even on there.

Amazon.

Just find one that fits your phone and get's good reviews. If it's sold through a 3rd party on Amazon check their feedback as well. I bought my mom a battery for $4 and it has lasted her well over a year so far. The battery was an off brand that worked with her phone.

I also buy only batteries listed as OEM on ebay and to date all I have bought have worked great. Be sure to match the specs on your battery to what is being offered.

All great responses.

Amazon, eBay (if experienced buying electronics from there) or even look in your town or city for Batteries +
