I bought a (new in box) unlocked S4 on Ebay a week or so ago, & now suddenly it won't charge, or charges VERY slowly. I have tried taking battery out, restarting, different chargers & switched the battery w/ another S4 so it isn't the battery. Any ideas?

I would bring it back to the store and see what they say. Sorry... just saw it was Ebay. Was it an Ebay store that may have some kind of return policy? Did you pay by Paypal? May be able to go to them for purchase protection.

You're sure you've tried different chargers in different outlets with different cables? I guess if they were working before, it wouldn't be the charger's fault.

You could replace the charging assembly, they're only like 12 bucks.

Things it could be:

Charger
Charging cable
Battery
Outlet you are charging from
Charging assembly
Battery connections
Software

Yes I've tried different chargers, plug-ins, switched the battery, not the battery as it charges just fine in another S4. I can return it to Ebay or pay to get the charger port fixed ( I have bad eyesight & don't trust myself doing it alone). Sucks as I have only had it 2 weeks today.

If you got bad eyesight, you should return it ASAP.

I have good eyesight and can barely see my S4 outdoors.
