If T-Mobile doesn’t work where you live or travel you’re not saving money. Verizon works for us *everywhere*. And since we’re not forced to have an unlimited plan we pay less for our plan/data needs.
Well, it's been over a year since I posted in this thread. I have recently noticed that when my 6 GB of Data runs out early, the throttled speeds aren't that bad anymore. Things that wouldn't work before, now work.
T-Mobile is okay, but there is one major problem. There are a lot of "SCAM" calls. And they sometimes are able to get through to you again even days or weeks after they have been blocked. You will see the number as having called and left a message, even though it also shows the number as "blocked" which means it's not supposed to be able to call you or leave a message.
I have Straight talk and i have unlimited everything for $55 a month and i have service everywhere even in the woods. I had Tmobile the service wasn't that great and i was tired of paying over $130 a month for service. I prefer Tmobile voice mail and how they handled spam calls.
That is still not truly unlimited even though it says it is.
It does say this
"At 60 GB, we reserve the right to review your account for usage in violation of Straight Talk’s terms and conditions."
I have Straight Talk (AT&T) at $45 a month, 42.50 with autopay. It comes with 10gb which I have yet to ever use. It is fast. I did a speed test the other day and got over 60mbps. There are cheaper plans with other companies but not necessarily better. If you share plans with family members is get's cheaper.

This all depends on how you are blocking them and it's not the service provider but the phone and OS that controls this.
The stock phone app may not have this capability. There are 3rd party apps that will do it though. It all depends. I used to use Mr. Number and it had the option to either send to voicemail or hang up. Since my newer phones have it built in, I uninstalled this app. I would just do a search to see what is out there.

Who else but TMobile would have the ability to bypass a number I had blocked?
I am going to check out the Nomorobo app on my TMobile service. I've heard good things about it.
I've heard good ... or decent ... things about them too, but we shouldn't have to worry about a blocker. Robo calls of any kind ... political, charities, or anything else ... should be made illegal and it should be enforced.
