I do not, but you shouldn't have any problems with it on T-Mobile. WiFi calling may not work but other than that should be good to go. Personally I wouldn't buy it. I'll wait until the GSM 600 phones start coming out to upgrade. But then there's no GSM 600 phones currently and I'm not in any desperate need of a phone. LG V30 is the only thing on the near horizon that will even have GSM 600 so if you need something now it's not going to have it anyway.
If you're using T-mobile you do want to wait until GSM 600 capable phones arrive. That will be the base of their voice network because the lower frequency will penetrate buildings better.
On the other hand, the Oneplus 5 is one of only 3 phones carrying all current and future AT&T bands. The only other 2 phones that has them all (including band 29, 30, and 66) are the Galaxy S8 Active and the Essential PH.
For some reason the regular Galaxy S8 doesn't have band 66 with band 29 and 30 on the same phone. The unlocked T mobile version has band 66 but does not have band 29 and 30, while the unlocked AT&T version has band 29 and 30 but not 66. It does look like AT&T will be rolling out Band 66 in eastern South Dakota where I live, so I do want all the bands in my phone.
