I use NomoRobo. It works pretty well. Mine are usually spam about renewing my auto warranty on cars I don't own anymore.

Perhaps you can change your phone settings to stop it from ringing on blocked numbers.

If you have an iphone you can download Hiya or Truecaller that can block spam numbers and you can report the numbers. Not sure what it would be called for android
