Please help - Spam calls every single day from same area code.

I use NomoRobo. It works pretty well. Mine are usually spam about renewing my auto warranty on cars I don't own anymore.

My phone won't ring for a blocked number.

Perhaps you can change your phone settings to stop it from ringing on blocked numbers.

If you have an iphone you can download Hiya or Truecaller that can block spam numbers and you can report the numbers. Not sure what it would be called for android

The app runs on Android, iOS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry 10. It requires Internet connectivity to run - WiFi or mobile data.
