Something is going on. I am a moderate user and my iPhone 7 goes two days between charges. However Mrs5150’s 6s needs to be charged once daily, but she is a heavier user than I. Your battery drain is too fast. Time to visit the Apple store. Make an appointment.

Do you ever turn it off? I.e give it a chance to clear out all the extra stuff started up and running? The apps and programs you saw displayed are official ones, but the junky spyware stuff will be hidden, running in the background. Turning it off, and back on again gives it a chance to limit the phone to only those processes you want to run.
