I never thought it would happen. Read the disclaimer and set up the physical address, turned the feature on. Turned off the mobile data, used the Wi-Fi, placed a call and it actually went through. It is a new day.

Dumb question though. Since my phone does not have VoLTE compatibilities the voice quality over Wi-Fi is not going to be any better than it is over cellular? I don't imagine that it would. I've been using VoIP for laughs and giggles since my voice quality sucks, especially when talking with Sprint users. VoIP sounds like a CD compared to what I usually get on this phone, which is more like streaming audio at 48 kbps.
