I have regular Google app on my phone. To save memory, I replaces many apps with web links. They are all nicely organized on my phone home screen. Most of their settings are customized.

In the Google Store there is faster Google app called Google Go.
If I replace regular Google with Google Go, will I lose all my web links on my phone? I also have Google Chrome app.
I know that they are synced, but it will be a PITA to find them again (mixed with my other bookmarked websites), customize and organize on my phone screen again. It happened to me couple years ago when I switched from Google to Google developer version. It wasn't fun

That app won't have any effect on any of that.
No worries.

Even if I remove/delete Google and just go with Google Go?

Yes. You aren't removing CHROME which is what your shortcuts are based on.
