Looks sleek, but I sure hope MSFT comes through with an execution on it. And, I fear the likely price.

Looks pretty cool! I might check it out.

The video was hilariously dramatic though (mainly the music).

Yeah. Maybe 11 more months of drama-building, too.

When they first announced it last year, I thought the presentation was impressive. But I haven't heard much since. I'm sure I'll get it to give it a shot.

If anyone actually got Windows 10X functionally running on it I could see it, ala Windows 10 sort of works on the Lumina 950/950 XL. I'd call it incredibly unlikely but I might get it if that happens and emulation improves. There's just too many programs that are x64 only and Windows on ARM can only run ARM32/64 and x86 via emulation. Basically at that point it would be a mini Neo and despite that I think that would be kind of cool it would probably suck and I should just get the Neo instead.

This is really a short-term problem for most people. A lot of common software is already available for ARM, and the few that aren't will be in a few years. There's more ARM systems/computers than there are x86. The software is playing catchup (like it always does).

Ugh, that's an unfortunate FCC submission. I was really looking forward to this phone.

I love the idea of it but can’t think of a use case for me. What are you all thinking you’d benefit from that a regular smartphone doesn’t do now?

Dual screens. I use dual screens a lot, daily, on computers in my work. And, this would be a work device for me.

And, I want to see what MSFT does with Android. If they can clean it up a bit, and step past Google stuff to let me make my MSFT account options the defaults, that would be huge for me.
