Hi,
We have 2 s10s we bought from Verizon last year. We paid cash, so no device payments.
Today after many years with Verizon we decided to switch to tmobile. Our phones were unlocked so everything went well However, everytime I start my phone up , the Verizon logo comes up. It's not a big deal I guess...but it's still annoying.
I have tried to reset phone, turn it on and off, take sim card in and out. Not working.

What can I do to show the Tmobile logo on screen after I turn phone on? Or can it even be done?

Thanks !

Likely not if you got a Verizon version of the S10. It means it was flashed with Verizon firmware.

Depending on the phone it may be possible to reflash it with TMobile firmware, but I wouldn’t bother.

There are also likely apps on it dedicated to Verizon that you can’t delete either.

Yeah..I'm afraid you are right
But that's ok. I get over it.
