Sim came from a j7 and into a Verizon J7 and only glitch so far and a serious one is the voicemail. At&t apparently can't get it wired in. There's no virtual voicemail on the phone dial pad to set up a voicemail.
When u touch that it goes straight to contacts. I disconnected in apps the Verizon caller ID and Virtual to no avail. Still no connection. Does anyone have a clue how to make this meld?

As a former CS rep for At&t rep, these types of issues were rarely an issue with the phone but rather the setup of VM in the billing system and the corresponding forwarding # assigned to the phone, most of which most CS reps can resolve in a few minutes. There are always some rare cases were a technical ticket must be submitted to Tier II tech to resolve. All regular CS reps are Tier I and they cannot forward your call or offer a different phone # to speak with Tier II tech. I am certain it can be resolved from personal experience.

BTW: I think you were referring to "Visual" and not "Virtual" Voicemail. Using the wrong term with tech support can confuse the issue and possibly delay a resolution.

Have you tried the universal access to VM: press and hold the #1 on the keypad?

Any support person will know right away what he\she is referring to as virtual VM isn't a thing.
