Microsoft Admits Its Phones Are Crappy, Vows To Improve (MSFT)

MS got into the phone business a while ago and has steadily failed to impress. Now that its being thoroughly spanked by Apple and from the looks of things the rejuvenated Palm, and to a lesser extent Google, MS seems to finally be owning up to its shortcomings.

I think the only phone OS worse off than Microsoft's is Symbian. Maybe MS can buy Palm for market share like it just did with Yahoo! and Internet search.
