I completely took it out of any consideration because it has WiMAX. The WiMAX network is poor overall in Vegas. Coverage on the strip, at home, or in any place with walls is atrocious. It's not worth it, I'm shopping for a Nexus One now or an HTC Desire.
The $199 price is including all available discounts, including upgrade discounts and rebates. The $50 you paid at Best Buy is a deposit only. You can call them to confirm that if you like, but I promise you're not getting the phone for $50.
yea u must know more than the sprint rep that I asked concerning my $150 upgrade that ive been eligible for since february. or the transcript i have of the conversation...

Ok, fine, you're getting it for $150 less than anyone else. You must have a magical contract or something...
The $199 price reflects ALL discounts and rebates. Nobody's buying one off the shelf for less than that.

That's my understanding, too.
But... I have a $75 coupon, and I'm going to take a run at it with Sprint just to see if I can win, place, or show.
Don't bet big money on me....

How much will a monthly plan cost for one or two phones
Depends on what plan you want but every phone has to pay a $10/month fee. So if you get the $69.99 "Everything Data with Any Mobile Anytime" plan then your costs would be $79.99 a month plus tax. The "Everything Data Family With Any Mobile Anytime" costs $130 a month for two lines plus $20 a month for two EVOs = $150 a month.
That means that you get it for $199 instead of $349. I'm getting that discount, too...
Not sure how many times it needs to be said before it sinks in, but at least once more, apparently. You're not getting the phone for $50.
