"Voter intimidation presents an ongoing threat to the participation of minority individuals in the political process, and continues to pose a far greater danger to the integrity of that process than the type of voter fraud the RNC is prevented from addressing by the Decree."

First, a little review into the track record of just who 'Plays the race card'., as determined by several holdings from the court system.

I see we've moved on to illegal immigrants: very predictable.

In general, I agree with the opinion expressed by mrpeatie, above.
What about the "New Black Panther Party" intimidating white voters in Philly, that was not prosecuted by the Obama Justice (not) department?

Tom,
you seem to go for every little bit of propaganda Faux throws at you!

For 'voter intimidation' to take place, their mst be a complaint from a voter, or voters, who say they were intimidated.

There was none.

Cops told the two yahoos in question to leave; they left.

What there was turns out to be a P&M session with Faux reporters by a single Republican Poll Watcher after the fact.

The Bush Justice Dept investigated and found NO grounds for legal action.

Now, Faux- aided (again) by a single former DOJ lawyer is trying to make shinola out of s*it, but it ain't working.

FYI, At this specific polling place where the alleged intimidation took place, McCain got a whopping 3 votes in '08.
