True Del Web does not allow above ground fencing but you can install invisible fencing!

True Del Web does not allow above ground fencing but you can install invisible fencing! The reason for no above ground fencing is that Del Web takes care of all of the lawn/yard work for you!

BEST thing to do is - Find a worker out there, preferably one that does gutters and hire him on the side! There's got to be plenty of them on both our sides...........I was lucky enough to find one when we moved in, paid him $100 to do backside of house! Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner......

If I had the dude's # I'd pass it on........Good luck....

Question Cane Bay Question

Can you live in the non-Del Webb sections of Cane Bay and use the Del Webb amenities (of course, with requisite payment)?

We want our own pool in our retirement home and apparently cannot have this in Cane Bay / Del Webb due to the no above ground fences rule.

Thank you in advance for any info.

Sorry, but the amenities are for Del Webb residents only.
