That sounds like a plan.

Not to sound ungrateful but.....Do you have any idea if this is just the store? Or could it be the whole shopping center?

I think once the store opens as an anchor, other things will follow. From the plans, it seems like there are businesses that have already bought parcels of land. Also I believe there will be some townhomes and a luxury apartment complex going up where land is being cleared now?
Usually with that other places will follow

THATS FUNNY!!!! ... Guess I'll have to program or RE-program my BB with the B-E-E-R...

In my defense, I guess I really don't run out ... You see, on our street, and a nice 9 house walk or 18 second bike ride is the BEER house from Hell... I believe there's enough there to supply a Cane Bay block party!

Running out of Beer > Sucks ... Having GREAT neighbors though > Priceless

Shouldn't you keep that kind of stuff secret?

But, I agree with you....Great neighbors are priceless. (Two of my neighbors are learning to brew their own.)

My next door neighbor started brewing his own beer last summer. For Christmas he gave my husband a home made six pack of cherry wheat ale.Good stuff/good neighbors, the combo that can't be beat

So, we are in the midst of another winter storm. I can't wait to move out of here. I have had enough. So Pok, beers on us when we get down there. The DH says that we'll be the beer house in Del Webb!

Algae, no nothing......

One decent bar, Southern Nights, but that is in closer to Summerville, then there are a bunch more bars in Summerville.
