I haven't been in there in several years to know about the units themselves. I remember them as being pretty nice though. They are in a safe area and are close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and have a direct shot to the Isle of Palms on the IOP Connector.

Thanks! They look decent from the photo's, I am a little concerned because of the amount of properties for sale in there. Any idea what public beach would be the closest option?

Isle of Palms beach is the closest. The IOP connector is just up 17 from Montclair. Id would check with your realtor first, to make sure the litigation in Montclair isn't still ongoing. Condo complexes currently involved in litigation will prevent all forms of financing for a purchase, unless its a cash purchase or seller-financing.

All the Charleston area beaches are public. Kiawah and Seabrook which are resort islands about 40 min south of charleston are private but the main ones (IOP, Sullivan's, Folly) are public.

Montclair is SUPER convenient -- all access. Friend who lives there is very satisfied. It's not a super looking complex but quite decent. You're not walking to the beach, but a bike ride is possible if you do hills .

Thank you, I appreciate all the insight. Seems insurance fee's has been a point of contention at this place lately. But yes the location seems to be really good.
