Be careful around Strawberry Chapel. Tonight on the news they showed two video's of people vandalizing the cemetary and the door to the chapel. Idiots!!

Where in the area will everyone be coming from?
I'm coming from Mt P. If we want to start at "the light", we could meet in the Belk parking lot (right down the road from the 'light')? Depending how many there are, we could then get in 1 or 2 cars. (My van holds 7).

Please post what you all saw there. And be careful there are too many idiots out and I would hate for any of you to have problems.

Although, I thought if too many people showed up, you wouldn't see the light? Is this the case or not, or would we all go in shifts so we can see it? I don't want to go and not see anything

What would you all do if it was a ghost or something else? It could also be someone who is trying to keep the thing up by flashing a light around.

That's what I suggested awhile back and was almost laughed right off of here. I guess I see their point....no one would keep this up for decades and no one would be just waiting around out there for people to show up, I guess.

That's a good point so if there's a large group we may want to rotate people in as you stated. But I think we'll be ok as long as we're not causing a ruckus.

Oh, and I'll be coming from North Charleston.

There were 7 of us the first time I saw it... we stayed for over and hour and it came and went.... we got out of the car, walked toward it....
My kids went out a 2nd time with a couple of friends (4 of them).... after about 20 minutes it didn't show up, so they left,
Most recently, I went with 5 of us. It was there as we were driving up. We left almost immediately as a couple of CHOW dogs walked up to the car.
