warm temp, sunshine, green grass and green leaves.........
we cannot wait

till then we have been having snow every week here in NYC
1st snow hit us with 24", then a calmer 12", then recently 4" at night with 8" the very next day.. hey it is winter after all I say to my shoveling neighbors

we are done, done, done... just waiting for this short sale... aka long sale to finally close in MP

Well we were only a few degrees from snow today.....

I had to work outside in that nasty cold rain......
