Our Verizon contract is over the same time we are moving to MP.

Any feedback, comments, experience on the various wireless service companies and their reception, coverage, dropped calls please ?

Thanks as always to all of you !

Verizon has the best coverage...I use them for business. I have AT&T for my personal phone and they don't have have quite the coverage Verizon does, but it works for me.

I'd stick with Verizon too, I'm getting ready to dump AT&T because they drop calls all over the place... even sitting in my living room sometimes I lose all my bars and can't connect, and I'm in the middle of S'Ville!

many of the places I go I can't get reception while anyone standing next to me on Verizon can, my contract's up and I'm switching soon... going to try one of those droids while I'm at it!

Get the DroidX if you go with motorola. I thought I'd need the pull-out keyboard and went with the Droid2. Turns out I use the touchscreen and swype (which is amazingly fast!) all the time now. I shouldve gone with the DroidX and the larger screen. The keyboard doesn't get used anymore.

Yeah, definitely get the droidx.... I have one and it's an awesome phone. Just turn the phone to the side when you type and the keys on the screen are extremely easy to use. The large screen is great when using the internet or watching videos.

Hands down winner is Verizon, thanks everyone for the feedback.

Will just re-up my Verizon contract in Jan and get new phones and new Charleston area codes and numbers.

Closing for the home is end of January... cannot wait, been thinking, planning this for quite sometime and it is actually turning soon into reality... hmmm lovely.

Next is new registration and plates for the cars.

Thanks again everyone, have a Great New Year and Year

If i were you I'd keep my #. Anytime you get a recycled # your inheriting someone else's baggage. And that # is probably recycled because the person prior didn't pay the bill and Verizon was forced to shut it off. If they didn't pay that bill, there's other bills that prob didnt get paid either. Bill collectors will haunt you looking for them. I'm in the cell business and I see the horrors with recycled #'s. Just a heads up, thats all! For all you know Janelle the Diamonds Doll could have it last??? And do you want people calling you @ 3am looking for a lap dance?
