Smile Summerville Neighborhoods- Legend Oaks or Pine Forest??

We are moving to Summerville as soon as our home here in Connecticut sells. We have visited Summerville several times working with a Prudential agent. We have narrowed our search down to Legend Oaks and Pine Forest. Any comments pro/con would be greatly appreciated. We like new construction and our price range is $350-$450K. Thank-you!!

Depends on the price, and how much land you're looking for. But Caire Yelleau, Sylvan Acres and Huntington Farms all welcome horses and aren't that far from Pine Forest.
