Well ... we wound up going to Red Lobster (we wound up 'double-dating' and my wife's friend's favorite restaurant is Red Lobster).

But the new plan is to go to Hyman's sometime this week for AYCE crab legs. Oh ... and we are going to try out Charleston Crab House at some point soon also.

(Sorry for the delayed reply .. my security settings wouldn't let me log in to reply )

Again .. thank you all very much for the suggestions.

Look around before you go to hymans, there's always a free appitizer or bowl of soup coupon floating around, mostly from other stores dowtown or tourist places.....

I get crabby just thinking about crab legs. I took a date to one of these all-you-can-eat-crab-legs buffet and that was the last and final date!

It seemed like we were there for hours, and I'm a fast eater, don't have the patience for it. Crack-dig-crack-dig! After an hour, I was ready to crack somebody's skull!

Thank God I didn't take my date to an all-you-can-crack-your-own-nuts buffet! Trying to excavate that last little morsel from a walnut or Brazil nut! I probably would have been arrested on assault charges before I left there!

Me? I'd rather just have a glass of Ensure. Goes down so easy!
