If you have dealt with them, discuss it here. I already have a tank, just needs to be filled and checked.
I have been working with them since Dec27. No follow ups, not returned calls or returned emails.
Well, I got ahold of their corporate office, and I received a call the next day saying they would be here today. Nothing. No call or anything to say they couldn't make it. Kinda disappointed, to say the least.
I don't care if the weather is crappy, they are undermanned etc etc.
Common courtesy would be to call and at least give a reason why they couldn't make it and to reschedule.

They'll swap it out, certainly. If you're switching over, they might even have a promotion running.

It doesn't matter who's tank is in the ground. You can request they remove it from your property at any time.

The best thing to do is to purchase your own tank and have it installed.

They arrived today and filled the tank to 80%, saying it was full?
I wasnt there to see, but shouldnt it be at 100%?
