I'm moving to Charleston SC from FL and in need of information and advice on apartments that affordable, can someone let me know about Pineharbour/Pinebrook apts in Goose Creek and is it true to it's displaying on their website?

That area isn't a good area. If you are looking in Goose Creek I recommend Colonial Village (Older apts), Coventry Green, Woodfield St James (Brand new), or Devon Pointe.
