Hi Everyone,
We are a family of 4 relocating from Atlanta and seeking a 12-month lease (or longer) in Mount Pleasant (29464 / south of IOP connector) or Daniel Island, starting this summer. Since the rental market is limited, we're hoping someone with a home for sale would consider leasing for at least 12 months. We may be interested in buying after a year if we like the house and area. Up front payment of 12 months rent into escrow is an option. Monthly rate is negotiable based on location, market, and suitability. Preferred communities include Daniel Island, Ion, and Belle Hall (Hibben).

The ideal house would have:
* location: easy commute to school (Sundrops Montessori ) and work
- both off Johnnie Dodds Blvd between Houston Northcutt and Anna Knapp blvd)
- up 526 and into Daniel Island OK
* space for guests (FROG with full bath, mother-in-law suite, 2nd master, ...)
* 4+ bedrooms (including guest space), 3000+ square feet
* strong community with play park, pool and lots of kids
* fenced in yard, playset (or room for us to add one), at least one great climbing tree
* pets allowed (we have two indoor-only cats)
* mostly hardwood floors - minimal carpeted spaces due to allergy and asthma issues with daughter
* available June 1st

We'd prefer to avoid :
* locations north of 17 & IOP connector (Park West, Dunes West, Hamiln etc..)
* high cathedral-type rooms with balconies and "fun" but dangerous indoor climbing options for young kids (like the outside of a staircase)
* significant delay in occupancy (July or later)
but if everything else is ideal, we might be flexible on those.

If you have a home that fits this description (or mostly fits it) please contact me. Note: We check the rental options on MLS and craigslist daily so we are already aware of those properties (or lack of them).

Thanks in advance for your time, advice and any leads you may have.
