I am a 19 year old male attending the College of Charleston full time, but I also work 3 jobs so I am not home very much. I'm looking for a one room place in downtown (south of Line), but I can't afford anything over $800. I don't mind living in most parts of east side because I work in that area and I have lived on Reid before without problems. I like carriage houses and lofts and I really prefer modern interiors over the old southern look, but either is fine. So my question is where else can I look besides craigslist and padmapper for a rental that fits my criteria? I need a lease that starts no later than, but possibly earlier than August 1st.
