Planters Point/Park West/Rivertowne/Charleston National/Dunes West/Darrel Creek/Commonwealth all are within 10-15 minutes of several grocery stores. Super Wal-Mart, Food Lion, Publix, Harris Teeter and Bilo & Piggly wiggly ( last two maybe 20 depending on traffic)

Thanks, we would like a family oriented neighborhood with a pool and tennnis courts for my daughter. Our current plan is to buy now and rent it out for a few years and then move down, although every time we are there I fall more in love with the area and may not be able to wait that long. Last time when we left I started to feel more and more depressed with every mile we drove back up North.

Sounds like a great plan. And renting will not be an issue. We need more rentals! :>) Message me if you need a good Property Management company I have a few good names.
