For I'on style homes on John's Island, you are probably looking at the Villages in St. John's Woods? Beautiful homes, but pretty far out there, geographically. We looked at the Villages, also I'on, Hibben, Daniel Island, and other subdivisions with similar style homes. We ended up moving to Daniel Island for the home styles we liked along with on-island ammenities (grocery store, library, parks, restaurants, etc.) and proximity to both the beach and airport (my husband travels a lot for work -- St. John's Woods is a looong trip to the airport!)
