If you need a Realtor here is what I suggest. Find a friend of yours that is a realtor (does not matter where they live as long as they work for a national company) ask them to refer you to a realtor in the Charleston area. Your friend will get a nice bonus for the referral.

If you have no realtor friends, see if any of your friends have a realtor friend.

If you have no friends, then post on city-data and ask for a realtor.
