Thumbs up Charleston SC, praised in the Wall Street Journal.

I always like seeing Charleston being praised for what it has to offer. In case any of you missed it, here's a bit of paraphrasing:

Subject: Charleston Highlighted in Wall Street Journal Article

The Charleston region scored a huge "win" this week in The Wall Street
Journal, one of the nation's most respected business publications.
Writer Joel Kotkin called the Charleston region's growing economy
"vibrant" in Monday's article entitled, "The Myth of
Deindustrialization."

Kotkin praises the Charleston region's emphasis on infrastructure
investments and points out the newly created jobs and expansions as a
result. He also draws attention to the region's growing automotive and
aerospace industry clusters: "Charleston has also become a haven for
skilled blue-collar workers in industries as diverse as robotics,
automobiles and aerospace."

Not likely, not for the long-term anyway. A brief correction in prices, to compensate for massive inflation over the last couple of years, but that's about it.
