Charleston County just had a press conference to announce it is going into OPCON 3.

OPCON 3
Disaster or emergency situation likely or imminent. Full or partial activation of the Charleston County Emergency Operations Center; activate Charleston County Emergency Operations Plan.


Please make your preparations now. You don't want to be scrambling looking for emergency supplies at the last minute.
