So my wife had her third week weigh in last Saturday and has lost a total of 9lbs in three weeks.....
I decided I was going to make her a great dinner that fit in with her Weight Watchers program. I remembered that Paul had opened up a new fresh sea food store here in Summerville so I decided I was going to stealth in like I usually do when I am going to rate a place.....
I had the grand-baby and we were out man shopping at Tractor Supply and since it was right next door to Sellsfish I decided to drop in and check it out, wandered around some, listened to Paul talk to some other customers while I looked over his selections......
When he gets to me I didn't tell him who I was and we discussed some of the different fish, where they were coming from, etc...
He points to a fish I was wondering about but didn't ask, it was a tray of stuffed Flounder, stuffed with cream cheese and shrimp, just his description sold me right there so I took two for a total of about 1 3/4 lbs ($22.50). He proceeded to tell me all about the fish itself where he got the recipe and how to cook it, including a little tip for convection ovens....
So long story coming to a close, as I was checking out I told him that I had actually talked to him online and knew of his rep before I went in there, his service was superb and the fish was to die for......
Congratulations to your wife!!! It is so hard to lose weight and it sounds like she is doing great! That was really nice of you to think of a dinner that fits in the WW plan.
HMMM. I'll have to try Sellsfish next time I'm in downtown Summerville!
