Legend Oaks is not a great hood. It is a swamp that has been landfilled and houses built on top. They call it wetlands and marshes. Don't let the name wetlands or marshes fool you. It is a swamp.

Go to Washington State and see what a real wetland looks like.

I Am Also Looking To Move To South Carolina I Have Three Children And Im Single So I Am Looking For Something Very Affordable Preferably A Nice Small House To Start Or Nice Apartment/townhome. I Also Need To Know Which Place (city/town) Would Be Best For Job Opportunity In The Medical Field
