Now this is interesting. Only if the molester is convicted and has an order to stay away from school property is this applicable. So lets say if you have children at a playground and some pervert is there taking pictures or filming, legally there is little you can do since it is public domain. Does not make sense to me and it is very creepy.

For me -- if cops are there absolutely no need for me to stick my two cents in -- EVEN if I have a low tolerancy for bad behaviour. I would step in if someone was in danger... I probably would have suggested the young ladies go back to their home side. No good comes from home kids sitting in the visitors side...no matter where you live!!!!!

I should explain -- not implying the ladies were in the wrong but for their own good and safety -- for their benefit -- not for the idiots' -- the best scenario is for them to leave. I tell my kids to run away from any kind of trouble.
