Good day!

I'm going to be moving to the Charleston area in early March and was hoping that someone could help suggest an area to live, with potential rent under $1000/mo.

I am not very picky when it comes to the actual apt/house, but I'd like something simple, perhaps with an elevated view. I am wanting to be in a location that will allow me to have easy access to the following:

In order of importance...

1. Beach
2. Forest
3. Hiking
4. Kayaking
5. Peaceful surroundings

I sure do appreciate you taking the time to read this and thank you in advance to all suggestions!!!!

Have a wonderful day,

Scott

Mount Pleasant has easy access to all that. Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island is a 10 minute drive, Francis Marion National Forest is around 15 miles up the road, but it is a super easy drive, just straight up 17, and you can go kayaking at Shem Creek.

I'm sure there are other places that have easy access to everything, but I only know this area right now.
