Some neighborhoods around here have sidewalks, some have greenbelts, some both and some none (people walk in the street) ...so what is prevalent there?

Cool thanks. I'm on a community forum here where I live and it gets annoying sometimes with new people coming on asking the same questions over and over... so I really do appreciate it
